Safety Policy & Terms (Simplified)
1. The 24-Hour Timer Limit
The "Hold Payment" option is active for 24 hours after the technician logs the repair as complete. After 24 hours, funds automatically release to the technician.
2. Free Extended Testing
IC or motherboard chip repairs require longer verification. You can request to extend the hold timer for up to 48 additional hours with team consent.
3. Unbiased Expert Assessment
Refund decisions are based on post-repair diagnostics. If diagnostics show technician error or faulty parts, a full refund is issued.
4. 30-Day Service Warranty
Regardless of payment release, all repairs are backed by a 30-day warranty. Same issue returns? We dispatch a senior engineer free of charge.
