Yes. For common repairs (screens, batteries, keyboards, OS reinstall), same-day bookings are accepted if scheduled before 2:00 PM.

We operate 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Sundays and local public holidays.

No. Visiting and diagnostics are completely free. If you decide not to proceed after diagnostics, you pay absolutely nothing.

No. We enforce strict standardized pricing to remove the bargaining culture of local shops.

Our proprietary escrow payment system. When you pay, the money is held in our Safety Vault for 24 hours. The technician is paid only after you approve release.

In the Track Order dashboard, a 24-hour timer starts after repair. If you notice issues, click "Hold Payment" to freeze funds in vault.

Our dispute team contacts you within 30 minutes, reviews logs and technician notes. If a technical error occurred, we fix it free or refund within 50 hours.
