We collect your name, phone number, email address, and doorstep location to dispatch technicians and execute laptop repairs. We do not inspect, copy, or retrieve any software data residing on your hard disk without your direct supervision during live repairs.
2. Live Video Consent
Because doorstep repairs are conducted inside your premises in your presence, we do not record audio/video feeds unless you voluntarily opt-in to supply testimonial proof.
3. Data Security
We do not sell your personal demographic logs to third-party advertisers. All transaction data and coordinates are encrypted using modern secure layers.
