1. Diagnostics Refunds
Diagnostics and technician visits in Indore are 100% free. If our technician completes the inspection and you decide not to proceed with the repair, we charge nothing. Zero cancellation fees.
2. Escrow Payout Holds
If a doorstep repair is unsuccessful or fails within the 24-hour verification window, you can hold the payment. Our team will perform arbitration and return the escrow amount to your banking source if technician error is confirmed.
3. Spare Parts Warranty
All hardware components replaced carry an additional manufacturer warranty (typically 90 days). If a screen, battery, or keyboard fails within this warranty period, we replace it completely free of charge.
