1. Doorstep Visit Access
By booking a repair, you grant our background-verified technician the authorization to enter your specified Indore address at the scheduled slot time to inspect and repair the device.
2. Escrow & BuddyGuard Pay™
Payments are held securely in our vault for 24 hours. The timer begins when the repair is completed. You must trigger a "Hold Payment" within 24 hours if you find assembly or software faults, after which funds are released to the technician.
3. Technical Diagnosis Liability
Free doorstep diagnostics are carried out in good faith. If the device motherboard has complex micro-circuit defects, we provide diagnostics but cannot guarantee success for severe liquid-damaged components.
